We had 4 areas of old vertical cedar tiles replaced with green/grey natural slate. A perfect job by Assured Roofing & Construction. We got the quote promptly and had a good discussion of options and how things would be done. The guys were first class....hard working, polite & easy to get on with. Our dog, Fergus, approved too. The work was completed on time and to the highest standard. The site was left clean and tidy. We highly recommend Assured Roofing.
Assured Roofing and Construction SW Ltd have not completed our 16 week project after 52 weeks. The quote they provided to us in April 2024 included "All Electrics". 10 months after starting just as the electrics was nearing completion thye tried ot say we should pay for the electrics. When they decided they could not bully us into paying more they stopped work. The electrics is a mess, the outside patio area has not started despite assurances it would start in March 2025 and the site has always been a mess.

Nine years ago we moved into our 'forever' home. We soon discovered there was a bit of a 'roofing emergency' We contacted Assured Roofing, following a recommendation, and Alex and the team turned up to make good the urgent work on the roof, they also assisted with another unexpected job that required immediate attention! Alex and the team re-roofed the older part of our house and rebuilt a chimney. They also renewed gutters and installed new fascias. The whole job was undertaken quickly and professionally and the quality is good. No hesitation in recommending him, plus I will be going back as and when.
