I have been seeing sam on and off for 5 or 6 years with different challenges in my life, each time I go to see sam she just knows what I need (hypnosis or EMDR) without sams help i do not know where i would be today she has got me out of many dark tunnels and it work instantly. Sam is a very gifted lady with a very kind therapeutic heart...thank you sam for saving me many times.

Sam is so friendly and gentle, I could completely trust her and through the support she would ensure that I was getting the best out of it and created sessions suited to my needs. I found Sam in the middle of a very damaging situation/relationship. Her powerful yet subtle, soft way has gently and strongly undone the extreme damage I have been victim too throughout my life. Her goal is to get you out of therapy and that's clear, the real deal.

Sam is an amazing person , she is able to put you at ease straight away and can pinpoint just what you need in therapy. I saw Sam for the weight management course which is very good value and I can't believe how different I feel. I no longer stress over dieting, I have got rid of my emotional stress and am positive for the future in reducing my size to where I want to be.
