Today I called with help request for information I didn’t have for mobility scooter. The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and courteous. Within 10 min I had email from her supplying me with all the information together with a copy of manual. There was no financial gain for her company. How kind to help so promptly. Wonderful service. Many thanks

package was delivered with a broken handle, spoke to Gemma of assurance at 0910 hrs and by 1008 hrs,, new handle posted with new tacking details. Thank you to Gemma for the prompt response and action. Would recommend them to anyone with a 5 star rating. Nice to deal with a company who reacts positively to an issue and embraces good relations between purchaser & Sellar. Thank you

Excellent service and excellent product. Very quick despatch. A minor problem with the delivery company but this was sorted out very quickly. A special mention for Gemma because not only did she sort the problem out, she made sure to call me and keep me updated. As far as I am concerned a highly recommended company that provides top class customer service.
