They are very good. Two of my cartridges didn't last as long as they should have and they replaced both with no hassles. Most companies would not have done that. I have already given their phone number to another friend in business and posted it on our forum. I am in business so buy cartridges frequently throughout the year and I thought they were reasonable and they give you a discount when you pay early. Keep up the good work. and thanks very much for your help and your friendliness.
