Love working for this company... Great people and Great products at Good Prices
DO NOT but ink from this company.!!!!!! The ink cartridge they sold me ruined my printer. Regardless of the age of the printer, THIS COMPANY'S CEO refuses to replace anything. Not the printer, the ink I bought to try and fix the problem, the fee for having it looked at at Office Depot or the cost of a replacement. ABSOLUTE BS. Way to do business Associated Supply Company!!!
Well, I already posted, but suffice to say that I LOVE working with people who stand behind their product!
Nevada Carbide and Cutter has been doing business with Associated Supply for years. I'm thankful that if I forget to order, I get a reminder and it seems the ink is here in 2 days or less!
I had a terrible experience. The product was much more expensive than similar products on the market. When I attempted to return the product, the rep promised a lower price. The new, lower invoice never arrived, and now they sent me to collections for the original inflated price. Attempts to correct the situation have not amounted to anything. Very disappointed.
I ordered from this company, and I found their ink and toner to be very good!! I print alot of pictures and they turn out Awesome? I even compared OEM ink to them and Associated Supply Company's ink was outstanding and better looking. Same Paper, Same Printer, Same Photo, Just Different Ink And I preferred Associated Supply's over the OEM. The photo just looked so much brighter and better!! I Highly Recommend Them.
