RecommendedMy company has been using Associated Supply for our printer and copier ink supplies for years. Once I established that I would only be ordering from 1 sales person (Simone) and only wished to be contacted by 1 sales person (Simone) all has been fine. They stand by their products. Whenever I have had one that doesn't work, I simply let them know and they send a replacement out the same day! They really appreciate their customers!
