TOLD ME THEY WERE HP CERTIFIED AND WHEN CARTRIDGE CAME IN IT WAS CLEARLY NOT AN HP PRODUCT. i CALLED AND SAID i WONT TRY IT AS IT WILL VOID MY SERVICE CONTRACT WITH HP. I TOLD THEM I WILL BE SENDING IT BACK AND SEVERAL CALLS LATER A RUDE MAN GAVE ME AN ADDRESS TO SEND IT TO. THEY ARE NOW HARRASING ME FOR PAYMENT. SCAM STAY AWAY

They have been helpful to work with, I had a toner cartridge that was defective (leaking toner) I called them and they sent me another toner cartridge that I received the next day - no charge.
I have been very satisfied with all of the products that we have received. I have worked with Paul DeStephano (sp?) and he has been very accommodating regarding our ordering schedule. When I told him I would call him when I was ready to order, he didn't pressure me into ordering product that I didn't need yet. The former salesman was nice but slightly pushy. We have 5 different printers and ASC was able to supply all of our ink, toner and drum needs. I have been using the ink for over a year now and have not had one problem.... read more
We have found Associated Supply very easy to work with and the staff has always been very professional. In the one instance that we ran into issues with some of the cartridges, they explained what had happened, sent me updated cartridges at no charge and I've never had an issue since.
