I don't know about all the employees, but one named Bud is very rude. Called yesterday asking to speak my boss, and then accused me of lying when I said she was out of the office and offered to take a message. He called back today and while I was in the process of telling him that we were not interested, he said "Yeah, whatever" and hung up. Very unprofessional.
The sales people are friendly and helpful. The ink/toner works well in my printers. You can't beat the price!
My experience has been very positive. Received my order promptly and when I had a problem with a ink cartridge, I called and they sent a replacement right away. No hassle at all.
The high pressure, repeat call sales people flat out lie to you. I would NEVER use this company

I used to run to the store every 4 weeks for ink cartridges. Now, with Associated Supply, I never run out and only change the cartridge every 2- 3 months. And, I've saved a lot of money. Definitely been a blessing to my little business!
Been using Associated Supply Company for a couple years now. Only had a problem with cartriges a couple times and they always take care of it really quickly and with no hassle. Excellent customer service from my guy, Fred! He always makes sure we are getting good deals and that we never run out of ink! Great guy!
