Completely appalled at the care my fiance received tonight. He went to the emergency room at Aspirus Riverview in Wisconsin Rapids. He is in complete renal failure but isn't being treated anymore (but that's a whole other story, but also partly Wausau Aspirus's fault too), & finally went to the hospital because he hasn't been able to keep anything down in 3-4 days, is weak, constantly nauseous, etc. He went fishing almost 2 weeks able go & got very bit up by mosquitoes & thought maybe he got something from one of them. I saw Dr. Wald yesterday. He took the time to look over my chart history and talk with me and my husband about my health issues. He was very informative and gave us a lot of hope! The whole experience was pleasant.

Yesterday by husband ended up in the emergency room with an obstructed esophagus. I want to say we experienced the best of care. From the front desk, triage nurses, Dr. Dodge (amazing surgeon as well as great person), his staff, recovery nurses were ALL exceptional! Thank you so much for making my stressful, scared Saturday turn out great! You get 5 stars from the Conto's!!!!

The people in billing love wasting time and money on community care. I've qualified for community care for the last 4 years. Nothing has changed for me financially. Yet I'm on my third notice for information. Great job #Aspirus for making disabled people jump through hoops, it's bad enough being poor and in the same situation since 2005, then rub salt in the wound.
