Will never use Aspirus again. I have written letters to all CEO's and Presidents: Matt Heywood, Dean Danner, Chuck Nelson and Mike Hauswirth regarding Dr. S. Johnson [Houghton MI Clinic], billing inequities, exorbinate charges at Aspirus Keweenaw Hosp. and requests for payments of $500-600 that equal nearly half of my current monthly income. My husband was at the Iron River Hospital Tuesday for a gerd procedure with Doctor Fanous. The staff in his office have always been friendly, helpful and very considerate to both of us. The experience at the hospital was exceptional, very caring, attentive, explaining everything that was happening and about to happen. The nursing staff, the other volunteers were extremely courteous, helpful and really cared for him and also myself. I cannot say enough about Dr Fanous he is always very polite, respectful. Waiting over an hour just to get in the back to see someone when you have a kid with an ear infection and 2 others waiting is a real fun time. Pretty sure they forgot about us. What a joke of a clinic. Not happy and not surprised
