Loved this clinic until their billing department tried to ruin my credit with their mistakes. Sent me a bill for my labs for $600 because the doctor used the “wrong code.” They made the mistakes in coding, then blamed me. Now, they want me to sign something that they’re “not responsible” for billing errors in their office?? I don’t think so.......If I have to sign something, then your office folks need to sign something stating that they will use the correct coding in billing!!!
I went to the ER in Antigo after my water broke at 28 weeks. Such a scary experience, but the staff there were wonderful. Shortly after they confirmed my water has broken early, they started the necessary medications to make sure my baby would be safe even if she was born right away, and they arranged transport to the Wausau Hospital. I've been here now for 6 days, and I can't say enough good about everyone, from the doctors, to the nurses, CNAs, housekeepers and food service! My husband was taken from Medford Aspirus because he needed care they can’t provide. He asked to be transferred to s Marshfield Hospital they wouldn’t. So he was sent to Wausau ICU... They waited an entire day to notify me, his wife! Then he was discharged to be transferred to Marshfield and he had to wait 12 hours for them to get his papers and blood work done. Went into the Stevens Point Walk In for a lingering cough. Was met right away at the triage desk by a young lady who was fantastic and quick at her job. Sat in the waiting room for less than a minute until a nurse came out to get me. The nurse was fantastic in the room, I enjoyed her conversation. Dr. Neuhoff came in a short time later, addressed all of my concerns and came up with a care plan. Was very reassuring and answered all of my (probably silly) questions. I had an amazing podiatrist take care of me for three years. Then I get a phone call saying he can’t make a follow up and I need to go to a new doc. That was months ago. I’ve tried to get a hold of him as we had plans for further surgeries. What happened? Where did he go? I’ve called multiple times and no one is saying anything. Where is he?!

I had the best experience with the birthing center! I couldn’t have asked for a better team taking care of me and my new baby. I chose to have an all natural birth and no one pressured me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I would recommend to anyone!
