Can’t keep their billing straight and you end up in collections and having to go to court to have them look into a single error. Charge you $20 to fill out a single sheet form with 6 questions on it. Beautiful flowers out front by the way. Wonder which patient paid for them?

I’d give a ZERO if it was possible. YOUR employee made me take my very expensive belly button ring out for an XRay while in the ER. I handed it to him. Never got it back and your patient relations employee, Heather, said since it’s not a medically necessary device, they are not responsible! So what happens when someone comes in to the ER via ambulance carrying a wallet with money in it!? Does that get “lost” too...and let me guess...it’s not medically necessary as well?! I want to thank the staff, nurses, cnas, etc for taking care of my sweetheart during her couple of stays. On the other hand, the ER and some of the doctors have much to be desired. Their lack of knowledge, understanding, and willingness to explain things are very poor and they are as personable as a wet paper bag.
