I found myself in a most horrible situation, I literally went from walking 30000 steps a day to finding myself unable to walk or mobilise in any way within a few days. I knew I was going to need mobility aids but I was in an alien world and needed expert help. Aspire 2 in Oakham were everything I needed and more besides. If I could give a negative star rating I would due to the attitude of the team that I have dealt with the past month and a half!! They have a bad attitude and they have lost a customer today!! Motability chair being returned and I will not be recommending you to anyone!!! Your Company is abysmal!!

Remember fellow chair and scooter users make sure you have someone with you. These are high pressure sales people. They’ll over stay making sure you hungry need meds or your front room back they’ll keep you engaged chat about hog wash as long as you sign. So don’t be alone do be aware
