Probably because Aspire asks you to review them after initially securing tenancy, I recommend you wait until tenancy end to see if you still feel the same, and encourage to update your reviews also. Both me and my flatmate had lost 2 previous properties that we were going to be moving into the week prior to us moving out of our old house. We had to go around agencies asking if they had and houses for viewing that we were able to move into asap as we were going to be homeless.
