I came in to see Nayana with a stiff shoulder and a painful lower back after a 1 hour session I walked out of there like a brand new man. very professional and made me feel comfortable would highly recommend
After a devastating injury I picked up playing Football (when at my age I really should know better) I visited Nayana at Aspire Sports Therapy and it was the best thing I could have done.
