I have just had my 1st consultation with my puppy Coco at the vets! What a wonderful calm, experience she and I have have had!! 😃 😊 First impressions really do count! First we were greeted by the lovely staff at the reception desk. The reception area itself, smelt so lovely fresh and spotlessly clean! The vet was absolutely lovely! Disgraceful and inexcusable treatment. I arrived 5 minutes late to my appointment (due to traffic), which is within the late policy timeframe, only to be refused service by an unbelievably rude and dismissive receptionist. She claimed I was 6 minutes late and used that as an excuse not to see my dog, who has been a patient at this vets for over 10 years.
