I have loved living in Aspen Heights this year! The staff is very friendly and they have been very quick and helpful to accommodate any of our maintenance needs. Great workout facilities and also very dog friendly!

Aspen has been an awesome community to live in in college! The pool and gym are incredible, and its a very welcoming place to live! The staff is awesome and so helpful whenever you need anything! Absolutely the place to live in Harrisonburg
I love Aspen! Maintenance is awesome & very attentive. The amenities are awesome and clean. The community is very friendly, safe & gated and the front desk is more than willing to answer any questions I ever have! LIVE AT ASPEN :)
Living here has been one of the best decisions I have made at JMU. I always feel welcome in the clubhouse and the front desk is more than willing to answer any questions I ever have. My maintenance requests always have a quick response and the community is kept very clean. The amenities are awesome and I feel very safe, Aspen is a great place to live!
My then boyfriend lived in aspen last semester and if I would have not had already made living arrangements I would have most definitely moved here. House was beautiful and the staff was always super friendly when we would go to the club house. Plenty of area to walk the dog and the residents were super friendly!
Aspen is so community driven! I love that they get involved with their residents. They always have awesome activities to do. I definitely would give them two thumbs up!!! Great place to live and hangout!
