Recommendedi’ve been lucky enough to spend my last two years of college in aspen. the house, the staff, and the community and relationships that come along with living here really makes it feel like a home. so sad to go and definitely recommend it if you’re looking for housing.
I have lived at Aspen for 2.5 years during Grad school and I loved it! The office staff is always helpful, the facility is well kept, and the residents are very friendly.
Living in Aspen Heights for the past year has definitely been a great experience! The staff is one of the best parts. They are always so friendly and helpful, and they do their best to make the living experience at Aspen the best it can possibly be. Compared to other student housing in Harrisonburg, I'd say that Aspen is 100% one of the best and I'd definitely recommend!!

Living in Aspen for three years has been one of my favorite experiences at JMU! The staff is incredibly welcoming and genuinely cares about the comfort of every resident. Maintenance is also very attentive and quick to help everyone out. Sometimes it can get a bit loud with parties by the pool, but only when the weather is warmer. I would 100% recommend living here!
A great off campus college neighborhood! Friendly, clean, safe and full of activities to do. The office staff keeps residents busy with free giveaways, food and games. The maintenance team is fast to respond. I have loved my 2 years living in Aspen and could not have asked for a better college living experience.
Aspen is awesome and I love living here! It’s a great community, very friendly staff and incredible maintenance! The community is so welcoming and I plan to live here the next 2 years of college as well.
