Great place to live! As soon as you pull in you can see how beautiful the area is. The houses are huge and when decorated it really feels like a home. The pool and volleyball area is nice and people are always outside in the warm weather using it. The main office is always giving away free food and gifts AND maintenance is great. I love this place!
I have lived in Aspen Heights for two years and it has been a dream! The staff is so personable and always willing to help. The amenities are great and super helpful. I love coming to the gym and using the study rooms. I would definitely recommend this neighborhood to anyone who is looking to get the best out of their college experience.
Aspen is the pepperoni to my pizza. The staff here is excellent and very responsive to the people who live here. They plan fun events in the Aspen and Harrisonburg community for the residents. I love living here because of how nice the homes are and how quickly the staff can accommodate its residents. Maintenance can be fickle, but every time we've called about a problem we've gotten the help we needed. I recommend! (Ps. keep hot tub open year round please!)
Coming from a dog owner, I would recommend aspen to anyone who is trying to own a pet in college. It's gated, has a dog park, and is just a very convenient place to live for owning a dog. The houses are very nice and spacious. I love how big my room is. I also enjoy the clubhouse which has a fitness room with a variety of equipment, and a tanning bed which I love using. The neighborhood and amenities are nice. We just have a real problem getting any action when it comes to maintenance.
The people work and live in Aspen are awesome and it can be a great time with all of the events that are created by the employees! Definitely a good place to live and create new friends!

I love my house and living in aspen but the staff have rarely helped with any issues that have come up over the course of our time here. Just this last month a $400 item of mine was stolen from the clubhouse, which is supposedly under video surveillance 24/7, and I received little to no assistance with looking for it. A second package of mine was lost the next week in the mailbox area and again, I received no help in locating it.
