My review is much the same as the others. There appears to be a clear pattern where Aspect overcharges for jobs. We had a technician over to fix a broken sash window. The work took 20-30 minutes to complete, but we were charged for 1.5 hours. The technician made a personal call for 20 minutes in the house, and it appears we were charged for this time. Was charged over £700 for a pvc pipe joint that was leaking in the ceiling. Technician, needed more than the initial 30 minutes to diagnose, and then spent further 3 hours “repairing” the issue while I was out. I was not on-site, at the time, but was disappointed on return; as the technician claimed he he needed further time to diagnose and repair, when issue would have been clear after plasterboard was open and cut out., This could have been diagnosed and rectified within an hour at most. Called up for an emergency electrician to come round, was told there would be someone by midday. Called at 3.30 to ask where they were and told that their job had over run and would I like someone to come next week... that's not why I booked an emergency call out...
