I would give Aspect Properties 6 stars if I could! Especially the manager, Shannon, she certainly deserves 10 stars! She was professional, courteous, personable, and accommodating for the very start of my viewing of the apartment through the actual signing of the lease and moving into the unit. I called Shannon on short notice and she informed me of the vacancy and offered to show me the unit. The apartments are fantastic...spacious, well maintained, and comfortable.
Aspect Properties manages my rental home and I could not be more pleased. They have done an outstanding job in keeping my vacancy rate low and finding great tenants. I highly recommend using Aspect Properties as your choice for a property management!
