I live in one of their apartments, and my manager, Rachel, is always very good about making sure everything is in working order. Anything that breaks has always been fixed quite quickly, so the building is very well maintained.

I would give Aspect Properties 6 stars if I could! Especially the manager, Shannon, she certainly deserves 10 stars! She was professional, courteous, personable, and accommodating for the very start of my viewing of the apartment through the actual signing of the lease and moving into the unit. I called Shannon on short notice and she informed me of the vacancy and offered to show me the unit. The apartments are fantastic...spacious, well maintained, and comfortable.

As a property owner I entrust Aspect Properties with all my investment properties. My property manager over Aspect Properties, does a great job finding good tenants quickly for me that always pay the rent on time. That is number one in my book. Whenever there are any issues, he always communicates back to me so I am constantly in touch with my investments. I know I am in good hands.
