RUN AWAY from Aspect Properties! Aspect has managed my duplex for the past 2 years and it has been a horrible experience. The first tenant they placed just left and broke their lease after 6 months. Then the 2nd tenant that they placed had to be evicted after 6 months! I paid them 3 months ago for repairs that have still not been completed - even though the unit has been sitting vacant for the past 2 months. Since day 1, Lisa has been great! Very friendly, my kids took to her immediately. Good service, sometimes even personal - when my sinkerator wouldn't work, she PERSONALLY, pumped it for me. When the ac was leaking, she lent me her pail to catch the water and the next week, the ac was repaired. Her service is prompt. All that with a friendly smile. Aside from the apartment itself, a good, friendly, professional, accommodating, manager is what me and my husband look for. SHE IS DEFINITELY ALL THAT AND MORE.
I live in one of their apartments, and my manager, Rachel, is always very good about making sure everything is in working order. Anything that breaks has always been fixed quite quickly, so the building is very well maintained.
