* I recently started a hunt for an apartment after my landlord raised our rent. I came across a property managed by Aspect Properties. The resident manager was so welcoming, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Although, they did not have a vacancy at the time, she was nice enough to offer to call me as soon as something came up. I really didn't think she would call. I've been a resident at an apartment managed by Aspect Properties for over two years, and I've had such a pleasant relationship with them. They are on too of any maintenance issues, and everyone who picks up the phone has a friendly disposition, Lisa and Shannon particularly. They really take care of you :)

I currently live in a property managed by Aspect Properties; the staff is very professional and have exceptional customer service. One of the property managers is very easy to work with. She is efficient and always tries to offer a prompt solution. The staff are easy to work with and efficient; they are doing an awesome job!

With my job I have lived throughout the U.S.A. and Andrea is the best apartment manager I have ever had. She's diligent and polite, always following through to make sure everything was/is taken care of. Her intelligence and communication skills are exceptional and she respects a renters needs.
