STAY AWAY STAY AWAY Basically, they are "your silent partners" in you rent, guaranteed 40% or more of your rent money will go to some maintenance issues plus their fees and if the maintenance issue is less than 200 dollars " they don't consider that too much money to spend" they don't bother to call to spend the money, after I broker the contract with them, most of the maintenance issues they claim and charge to fix are not even touched. STAY AWAY

I've been living in a building managed by Aspect Properties for over two years. They are always prompt, professional, and take my (and my roomates') concerns seriously. They have a great "let's make this work" attitude and get all paperwork and repairs done in a timely manner.
