Spoke to Mohammed several times, sent requested information regarding clearance of a small shipment. All of a sudden cancelled everything, said he was too busy and put down the phone. Fair enough if they don't want the business or busy with other clients but there are more professional ways of doing this. Update 18/09 - Response This is not true. This was my first time importing goods from overseas, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. ASM Freight Services guided me through the whole process and answered all my questions quickly. They handled all the customs clearance and made sure my shipment arrived on time. It could have been a nightmare, but they made it easy. I’ll definitely be using them again. :)

We used ASM Freight for moving boats from the US to the UK and they were awesome! Super helpful and knowledgable with the whole import process. We will be using their services on the way back as well.
