Messaged them about a faulty thermostat and needed someone to come out and have a look as my boiler had no power. I reached out and messaged Askew, read my message and totally ignored me. Not even a simple reply saying they were too busy so ended up getting an electrician from Preston using Checkatrade (least I knew it would be professional) who I will now always use.
