Ashwood is a friendly, homely place where my mother has been very well cared for during the past three years. It’s clean, efficient but most of all it has a wonderful staff who are always kind and patient.

Mum is in Ashwood for respite. I was so apprehensive as to what to expect when we arrived with her. The staff are really friendly, polite while giving mum her dignity when she needs it. The staff are very approachable. They also keep me up to date with what is happening with her. I have been visiting mum for about 10 days now and would highly recommend Ashwood to anyone who is looking for care for a loved one.

Have a family member in this home, and she seems very settled. The manageress is a fountain of information, and the staff have all been polite and helpful, and have let us know what items from home our relative has required. Unfortunately, today in the lounge it was very noisy, and there was a smell of diesel due to the ongoing external building work, but hopefully this will soon be complete, along with the car park, which also needs finishing. This company is owned and ran by the devil its a absolute nightmare to work for I got bullied everything shift I informed the management of my home and nothing was done about it the bullying continued the care is absolute terrible residents aren't safe chemical cupboards are often found with keys in them and in my home care got so bad lots of residents lost lots of wight and got sick fire doors wedge opened and the actual construction of the the buildings aren't cared and most homes need refurbishment most of the management ... read more
