Superb service from a professional yet personable team. My property was listed for sale and sold within 48 hours. The service from STC to completion was also excellent; continuously receiving updates. I would highly recommend Ashton’s to anyone looking to sell or rent their property in the near future.
My experience of Ashtons Acomb and Sarah who was my main contact was that Sarah was very good at keeping in contact, efficient and kept me updated throughout and regarding the sale of my property. I also found the other people I had communications with regarding the initial valuation, putting it on the market, viewings, feedback etc to be friendly/ helpful.
We did purchase our house trough to Ashton. Our agent was Sarah, she was above and beyond. She emailed me all time with news or when action needed. If I wanted something usually she get back to me the same day or latest the next one. She is a nice person who’s doing job very well.
From our first viewing with Rachel to the purchase of our amazing first house with the help of Sarah and team, the whole experience of buying our new home through Ashtons was absolutely fantastic. They were all very friendly, personal but professional and couldn't do more to help you in answering any questions.
