Mum's been sent here from Queens med, staff are very friendly curious and very friendly. It's nice and warm food looks really nice "sunday lunch" Overall I am very happy with what I have seen, they have brought her medicines around and helped her with them. People saying about looking through windows take with a pinch of salt, and if there is an ambulance outside blocking the road it's either leaving an elderly person or collecting. This can't be done at speed !!

I stayed here for 3 months. The residents were lovely, a mixture of all ages. Very clean good for older people but I have just rang to enquire about something really simple and got a really shirty night staff member. Would not like to leave a loved one over night with them. Could do better 😥
I'd like to express my consern as I was just walking past and one of the workers was rushing an elderly fragile woman in to a room, she let her in before sitting down in the hallway, think someone else took over the elderly lady, it looked like an exchange, mind you this is at midnight! Don't let your family or friends stay here. The place is disgusting and very run down. The staff tell lies and dont look after the residents as they should. I feel very sorry for the residents that are having to stay there.
