Sales team is very unprofessional. I have made an offer on one of the property and everything was ok. I made second appointment to view the property again with my partner. The appointment was at 3:15 pm got late for 5 minutes to find parking space around the area finally got there at 3:20 pm but no one was there though I should wait outside. Highly recommend, a constant stream of viewings & a sale agreed within 2 weeks of the property being on the market. Sian was great, really helpful & kept us updated throughout the process 😊
Ashtons did an excellent job of selling my late mothers property. With the guidance of the manager Keith, we managed to achieve very close to the asking price. We couldn't have wished for a better selling experience. Independent Estate Agents always offer a more personal service than what you would find with the corporates. Its no surprise Ashton has been around for over a century. Highly recommended.
I would not recommend Ashtons. I let my property out with them and found that the repairs had not been carried out or told to me. When I spoke to the tenants who I had to unfortunately evict due to the state of disrepair, they showed me all the emails and times they had rung ashtons to complete repairs. The property is in such a state of repair with a leak etc that my only option was to sell to the council for far less.
