Our first experience with this company was as tenants 17 years ago and the service was awful. We swore never to use them for anything again. 17 years on we thought maybe things might have changed and we took Ashton Burkinshaw on to find us tenants for a rental property. They found us tenants, not too hard when you advertise on Rightmove, but when it came to providing an efficient service nothing had changed. Both my tenants and I had to chase them over everything and they made mistakes....never again!
