'BAD BUSINESS' Bought a Nissan Note on the 4th April 2024. Gearbox failed, engine cut out and brake petal went hard. Was on a school run had to pull over and do an emergency stop but car kept rolling. Frightening and dangerous. Took to a garage transmission error detected and spoke to a gearbox specialist £4000 quoted for repair. Contacted Ashraf with invoice from the garage and explained faulty gearbox asked for a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015 'right to reject' within 30 days however no refund issued and emails, ph... read more
