My experience of Ashley has always been very professional and of top quality with the service and fitting the Turkish man who fits for Ashley is a true gentleman I'm very shocked that ppl have had bad experiences ..I've had all my carpets and cushion flooring from Ashley and the fact he has high end quality also at exceptionally low prices I would recommend and have recommended to all my friends ....vicki
I went there like others. Failed promises of fitting. Eventually these cownoy fitters turned up. Cut the livingroom carpet too short and had to patch it. Never never again. No wonder the shitholes vlosed down
My parents ordered a carpet from this shop, they were given a date for it to be fitted. On the day they were contacted and told it would be done in the afternoon, when no-one had turned up and my Mum rang to find out what was happening (after my Dad had already been into the shop and been told it would definitely be that day) Ashley was rude, arrogant and dismissive on the phone, when my Mum said it wasn't good enough he hung up on her, then had the cheek to ring back and have a go at my Dad stating 'who does she (my Mum) th... read more
Really bad service. I will never go here again! My carpet was fitted incorrectly and I have just been ignored when I have asked for it to be rectified.
