their return policy sucks big time...they say you can return for full refund within 3 days..i returned a recliner within 48 hours and then was told they would mail me a refund check..after arguing and wasting a half hour of my time they finally wrote me a refund check..I fully expected to go back to the store and purchase a more expensive recliner..after that fiasco I will never go back to that store

RecommendedWe recently bought the Alenya sleeper sofa and matching loveseat. So far no complaints. My husband picked up the loveseat with the van. The sleeper sofa which we knew would pretty heavy was delivered a couple days later. They are pretty comfortable and look great in our living room. After shopping online and going to a couple different furniture stores I had my mind made on that set. My recommendation for anyone looking for furniture is to always go in and look at it. Hello Carol, i'm sorry you feel that way however we do have brand new items for sale. Our selection on the showroom floor vary from brand new, overstock items,or discontinued items.
RecommendedThe name and price say it all. what do you expect from warehouse prices you buy as is. if you want white glove service then this is not for you. dint expect a return or repairs service you bought it hear because it's not perfect. I use the good eye and try to get the best I could. I will decently shop there again🙂 happy with my leather sofa and end tables.

Horrible customer service. 2 weeks and no resolutions, non Responsive. Wrong furniture delivered. BUYER BEWARE
You are the worst We have a living room furniture and purchased your worthless insurance. Springs are busting the seats are frayed. (No we don’t have any pets) mechanisms is shot. We had a contractor here twice and said it’s not wear and tear its the cheap way it’s made. And of course we received a phone call twice and of course your garbage insurance will not cover it. Never will I ever purchase anything from Ashley and I would never ever recommend your company. Awful company and I’m telling everyone. Thanks for nothing
