We purchased a very expensive dining set, and most of the 6 chairs are broken to the point we cannot sit in them. Why is it we purchased the protection plan and have to go through so much to even get them fixed.. fill out a 3 page report and have photos taken and developed. Now we have two chairs to sit while this is processed. This is ridiculous. Never purchasing furniture from here again.
