Worst experience ever. The order was clearly and carefully reviewed before leaving the store and the wrong furniture was delivered. The bed set was completely different. Now i cannot return it.. i also have to pay to change the side of the sectional which was also wrong. Never shopping at this warehouse again.. don’t waste your time here.

Had a wonderful experience shopping for a couch and dining set. They have a great selection here with great deals. Sam was super pleasant and helpful the whole time! I’ll definitely be going back there for more items that I need!

Absolute THE WORST service in the continental U.S. Two Months for delivery??? Really?? No calls, no updates??? Get your act together people! I will definitely be spreading the word about you guys. Ridiculous!

I purchased a table on 12-2017. My first complaint to Ashley customer service was my cushion , it doesn't screw on to the chair. I provided pictures to costumer service and they replied they would have to order the part and won't know when it will arrive. Been waiting for part since 3-2018. Now my table is bubbling up. I put a claim for that issue. Customer service replied, they can't help me cause I don't have protection plan. The table is only 4 moths old. I shouldn't be having this issues. The worst company to buy from! I got furniture with a protection plan . My furniture needed repairs both Guardian an Ashley agreed to give me a 1500. Credit but now they won’t give it to me because I moved and claim that they won’t deliver so I paid more money to buy the damaged furniture and lost everything . And they want to in box me so that the customers won’t see their answers. Well I will continue to post everyday so that no other customer goes through what I am going through. Ashley you a a fraud!

I purchased $6,400 worth of furniture from their New Rochelle location.... 3 weeks in I noticed my wall unit was falling apart... I called the store and started a claim, since after all I paid and additional 700 for their worry-free warranty... it’s been 3 weeks fighting with them, from their new Rochelle location to their Edison No location absolutely the worse decorum I’ve ever experience... over 3 dozen calls made back and forth from one customer service rep to the next : Brianna, BeBe, Tyson, Cynthia, Gabby, Stacy, only ... read more
