I’m done purchasing furniture from this company. The sales people will tell you anything you need to hear for you to spend your money, and then when you need something fixed/serviced, it’s another story. I regret giving them business. I will not be taken advantage of again. Buyer beware!

I am so beyond annoyed and disappointed with Ashley HomeStore/Ashley HomeStore Warehouse - Edison NJ in regards to how they are handling my furniture situation. I ordered 2 matching dining armchairs OVER 1 MONTH AGO,only received one that I was satisfied and now that I want to cancel my order, they are giving me a runaround. Multiple messages left with no results. Oh! My bad! One arm chair with no match that apparently I will still be charged for! This is ridiculous and will no longer be buying anything from them nor will I ... read more

The salesman Mike and the manager Steve were both very helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to buy, but couldn’t refuse the price! Definitely recommend this Ashley homestore!

If you are thinking of getting your furniture at Ashley, DON’T. We purchased our couches from Ashley in 2016. We also bought the extended warrenty under the impression that if we had a problem in the future, we would be covered. Recently, we were sitting on the couch and heard something that sounded like a broken frame, or spring. When we flipped the couch to see what happened we could immediately see the broken piece of wood. Worst experience. I have the protection plan on my living room set & it's only been 2yrs and the base on my couch is breaking, and it's ripping. I called and was given the run around about what they cover and what they don't. So apparently I purchased a protection plan for NOTHING since they DON'T COVER ANYTHING! I was told that a supervisor would be in contact with me, and that was over a week ago. I would never buy anything else from there or recommend it to anyone else.
