2 of my dresser set fell apart in less than 2 years. My couch, 6 months. The material is so cheap. Never again.

Horrible customer service and won’t honor their warranty
I have never been more frustrated with a company like I am Ashley furniture. Their customer service is by far the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. I have tried for days to replace my bed that after 15 days broke to be told no refunds and can only exchange it. Now they messed up my claim and attached my phone number to EVERY single online order they have and I have been getting harrassed by delivery drivers calling me all day that deliveries that aren’t under my name or address are outside my house.
Very bad experience with this store , specially their customer service. Their furniture quality is horrible which last only few months to year and the protection plan is just waste of money , infact whatever you spend there always goes wasted. I will never recommend this store to anyone and will never buy anything from here such a horrible experience, i am calling them about a issue since 3 days and their reply is sorry we cant do anything about it .

Bought a sleeper/ sofa with an extended warranty, neither Ashley or Platinum stands by their warranty and now after 3 yrs I’m stuck with a piece of junk furniture, sleeper doesn’t work, bed springs are weak, bed sits so low to floor wood frame eats up the cushions. I still have 2 yrs left on my warranty and all I ask is for a repair or replacement and nothing is being done. Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Money hungry thieves... I would not recommend not even a homeless person.... They quick to make a sale, but when you have an issue they try to ignore you like you don’t exist. Bunch of con artist thieves.......
