My table has been peeling off paint and it is only a little more than a year old. The store and the customer service refuse to help in Any way! After 1 year they have no responsibility or integrity to stand by their defective products. It’s dangerous and toxic to have flecks of paint getting into the food of my infant and toddler. Beyond disappointed with Ashley homestore- I intend to take further action and make sure that there are SAFETY standards on their furniture.
RecommendedWe worked with Lupita O Sullivan from the Roscoe Village location to buy a bed frame, sofa set, and coffee table and she was wonderful. She has such excellent costumer service and she took the time to answer all of our questions and help us make the best decision on our purchases. She was very professional and helpful! We will be looking for her when we need our next purchase.
