What a terrible business. These people run sale post scams just to get people in the door. Twice I’ve had a terrible experience because of their BS advertising. NEVER AGAIN!
Dan was a very nice salesman. He answered all my questions and honestly. He helped me select good pieces that are affordable and that will last. I am very excited to get my new mattress as well.
worse customer service ever...on 11/22 and bought a bed set that was on clearance. It was clear that I had to pick up the furniture own my own since it's clearance so I planned on it. My family lives in Rockford and I live in Chicago so my dad and brother had to take the day off on 12/5/19 so we can pick up the furniture. I called the Ashley furniture a day early on 12/4/19 to let them know that I will be coming in to pick up my furniture on 12/5/19. Do not shop here! Worst customer service team I’ve ever dealt with. Still waiting for someone to come and pick up a damaged piece of furniture they delivered. It’s been 4 weeks. They do not Answer any emails and are rude on the phone.

From the moment we stepped into the door to leaving we were treated with friendliness and helpfulness. We were just looking but found the perfect couch set.
Do not shop here! Worst phone customer service, defective furniture that they don't want to take back. They don't respond to messages after they read them! The agents they have answering the phones at the store are clueless. Go to Bobs or somewhere else not here!
I’ve had such an amazing experience with this location. Ashley and Barbara were very understandable and welcoming and make you feel like you went to come back and spend more money. I highly recommend coming here and asking for their assistance.
