worst shopping experience of my life. spent $7000 and was lied to so I would agree to sign a contract which they slipped items in that were supposed to be complimentary due to store specials. corporate was just as bad. they won't respond to any of my emails or return my calls. go to Jennifer or raymour and Flannigans. this company is full of scumbags
It’s a franchise and Ashley furniture in name only-very frustrating
RecommendedI had a great experience at this Ashley homestore. My favorite part was Theresa n who was very nice. She sold me my furniture. I am still in love with my dining table and living room set. I even bought my whole room set with her last year. Best out there. Go with Theresa Nedvar.
RecommendedI had such an amazing experience there at Ashley Homestore in Roscoe Square. I was greeted when I walked through the door and the sales reps were very attentive and understanding of what I wanted for my home.
