Horrible, horrible customer service experience. They overcharged me by $100 a year ago and I have been trying to dispute it ever since. Over a year of waiting they finally said they can’t do anything about it. Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with, apparently no one can do anything and they just kept passing me around and giving me numbers to call that are useless.

Furniture not the best quality
I will never buy from Ashley again. I bought the platinum protection, and of course they screwed me & it's not covering the full price of a new table. the issue started in November & it's the end of February and all I am doing is fighting with the customer service. back to Raymoure & flannigan
RecommendedIf you are in the market for new furniture Don Hurd was excellent to work with! I’ve bought from Ashley a few times and Dons customer service is exceptional! Thank you Don!
Worst customer service ever furniture delivered with scratches and nicks all over tables look like floors samples and not new, never again. Very poor service!!!

Went to get a recliner and a salesman took me back to the recliners. He didn’t offer any recommendations. They only had like 8 to choose from. Not a good selection or sales dept. Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your time.
