Worst furniture experience I have ever had. Terrible service from miscommunication of sales person to still not having our furniture. Cannot get a return call from anyone, have been in contact for months and continuously given different information. Will not purchase from here again.
We ordered a sofa and loveseat in October. Due to COVID delays and scheduling which we understand we, we didn’t get any furniture until February. The sofa was delivered with holes in the leather. Ashly acknowledged the issue and reordered. In March they told us it was in. We have texts from them stating it was in and to confirm a delivery for April 10. This was early March. You guys messed up my order and it’s pretty bad you don’t answer the phone for customers but not even for CORPORATE. Do not buy from them, and I promise I will never buy a thing from this store again.

I bought furniture in October 2020. I know it’s Covid and things are taking longer than expected. However it is April 1st and still nothing. The worst part is I have had 2 calls this entire time to let me know that my furniture is delayed. It’s been almost 6 months.
