The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff has been warm and inviting. As well as the maintenance staff. The turn around time on work orders has exceeded our expectations. We love our new home.

I would advise them to closely inspect the actual unit they would be living in BEFORE they make a decision. But that is advice I would give them no matter where they might consider living.

It's a good... (Verified Renter) It's a good apartment/complex, I just wish my apartment were actually move in ready when I actually moved in. I've been here a month and just now got my water heater issue completely resolved.
I think this... (Verified Renter) I think this place is great, and since the present management, there hasn't been as much crime, I feel way safer here, and my rent doesn't go up as horrendously as it has with other management teams. These are the reasons I would recommend this place-- I don't really care how crappy the baseboards look.
My apartment bedroom... (Verified Renter) My apartment bedroom is just on the other side of the wall as the air conditioners and water downspouts. So I get woken up several times throughout the night from the noise.
