Poor living conditions Carpenter ant infestation for 3 months Carpet not attached to the ground, subflooring damaged and nails exposed. Rotted out window sills, wood flooring not attached to ground, ceiling peeling off and they will paint over the previous tenants dirt. Maintenance will argue with you, staff will give you the run around
Charged me a year after moving out I moved out of here a year ago, and just yesterday found out that they reported me to the credit bureaus for not paying them a $146 damages charge. My credit dropped a whopping 117 points because of this. I was NEVER notified that I owed them this money, and I already paid $200+ for damages upon moving out. Do not move here.
wont get back with you about incidents People will just leave dog poop in the grass maintenance sees them just ignored them will shut off water at random and give you a notice a hour after it’s off someone was shot up and killed on the property but they just run around the issues there is feral cats just roaming and attacking people they took away the dumpsters so now more bugs have been coming to the buildings

This is very disappointing and certainly not all true. From time to time we need to shut off the water for emergency purposes. For example, this winter in 2022 has created havoc on the entire city. And to prevent further damage, we need to shut off the water. We give ample time for all residents to make arrangements We are not alone in this decision as many of the apartment communities within the city do the same thing. Verified Renter I have resided at Ashley Oaks for 5 years. I love the location, and overall appearance of the community. The maintenance team are timely, and very friendly. The office team are as well! I like the renovations that have taken place. I would recommend Ashley Oaks to anyone looking for a nice apartment community!

Verified Renter Great environment and staff. All the amenities that we can use are kept clean snd safe from Covid. Neighbors are friendly. The property is always kept clean also maintenance department is top notch and fixes any problems quickly.
