Verified Renter Ashley Oaks has a new "face" giving it a fresher and modern look. We have more amenities than anyone really needs. The general atmosphere is friendly and peaceful. The location can't be beat. Every store and business is just a leisurely walk away. It's not perfect, but there is no such place anyway. The office staff and the maintenance crew are great. They are very friendly and they work together as best as they can to make our community pleasurable and safe.

Verified Renter Ashley Oaks is in a great location. The layout of the apartment is great. In the last year they have done a lot of improvements on the exterior & the leasing office.

Great Place to Call Home Living at Ashley Oaks the past 2 years has been a pleasant experience. Office staff is very friendly.They always get back to you with answers to any questions. Maintenance requests are easy to fill out and they always respond quickly. The complex has been making improvements throughout the time I've lived here to really make you feel at home.
