DONT MOVE HERE the staff could care less about your well being, i was so happy when my lease was finally up, i have lived in really bad areas and the management on the west side treated me better there how i was here, when i moved in within 3 months in all of the electrical outlets didn’t work things were falling apart not working etc, it’s extremely overpriced for such an ugly apartment with unprofessional staff.

Happy Dad I never leave reviews for anything, but had to for Ashley Oaks. I just moved my daughter into her first ever apartment there a few months ago. I was scared to death having her live alone, but it has been great. Everytime I visit I constantly see Maintenance out on property working. The grounds are well kept. There isn't a lot of traffic in the parking lots. She feels safe and that makes this Dad happy. DON'T MOVE HERE I would give the staff zero stars if I could. Practically every email & phone call was ignored. I had to call the property management team in California just to get a response out of the office in San Antonio. And when they would finally call me back, they were extremely rude. Rats live in the banister rails and in the walls of the units. You can see where they pop off or chew through the dryer vents on the side of the buildings. The little things... (Verified Renter) The little things such as paper towels, cloth towels make a difference and the office personnel does a good job.
Great place to live I do not have 1 complaint about living here. I’ve lived here for almost 6 months and still extremely happy. I’ve had maintenance issues and all were fixed quicker than expected. The entire office staff is very friendly and helpful.

Unacceptable Do not waste your time with this complex. Staff is unprofessional and they do a minimal job to insure their residents are taken care of. I would highly advice no one to move here.

We have been... (Verified Renter) We have been made to feel like family from day one. Any and all concerns have been addressed promptly, professionally and courteously. We truly feel at home here.
My overall experience... (Verified Renter) My overall experience was positive, but most of my immediate neighbors seemed to have particular maintenance issues that tell me that the age of the units might just be showing. Also, my recommendation would really depend on who was asking. For a single person and no family, Ashley Oaks was a great place to live, but seeing the quality of many tenants and the company they kept concerned me having little one's and a wife home alone at night.
