The office and everyone that puts in efforts to keep the apartments up and running; are all kind and welcoming. The pools are always clean as they can be in this Texas windy weather. The gym is always available; other renters are kind as well. This is a great location close to 1604 and 281, and convenient grocery stores and restaurants and fun things to get into. I do recommend... (Verified Renter) I do recommend the community for the office and maintenance staffs, and the reasonable rent increases. I am disappointed in the new gate system entrances, however - I now have to go quite a bit out of my way from the entrance gate to get to my parking space - the speed bumps are obnoxious!

The last place I lived I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath for the same price I am paying now but I had a lot of issues and inconveniences with that apartment and then they wanted to up my rent a lot and that is why I left.
