I am beyond... (Verified Renter) I am beyond satisfied with everything! This apartment has been more than I have hoped it would be. The office and everyone that puts in efforts to keep the apartments up and running; are all kind and welcoming. The pools are always clean as they can be in this Texas windy weather. The gym is always available; other renters are kind as well. This is a great location close to 1604 and 281, and convenient grocery stores and restaurants and fun things to get into. I do recommend... (Verified Renter) I do recommend the community for the office and maintenance staffs, and the reasonable rent increases. I am disappointed in the new gate system entrances, however - I now have to go quite a bit out of my way from the entrance gate to get to my parking space - the speed bumps are obnoxious!

The last place I lived I had a 2 bedroom 2 bath for the same price I am paying now but I had a lot of issues and inconveniences with that apartment and then they wanted to up my rent a lot and that is why I left.

The office staff... (Verified Renter) The office staff has been warm and inviting. As well as the maintenance staff. The turn around time on work orders has exceeded our expectations. We love our new home.
