I contacted Richard Debson, Sales Director through reference of my cousin for sale of my Flat #54 Marble House, Elgin Avenue London W9 3PT. He found a buyer in reasonable time with good offer. Thanks to Ashley Milton I found a great flat in the area I was looking for and I am grateful for that as I was initially convinced that Maida Vale was out of my budget! Richard not only showed me the flat but he was also extremely helpful during the process of buying it, and when asked, he always went that extra mile to help me sort things out to a seamless process. I will surely be happy to use Ashley Milton's services in the future if needed.
Although while I was searching for flat Richard helped me a lot and get things sorted so quick after move in and renew my contract for another year I feel they are very slow to responded to my request or update it and in some cases they would ignore me ,this is my pure feeling and understanding of the communication style.
Richard Debsen is excellent. He was always available to answer questions, discuss offers, talk me through the marketing and sale process and arrange viewings. He's an expert in the Maida Vale market and I knew I was in safe hands.
Richard and Chris were both an excellent help. Not only did Richard show me the flat, tell me everything I needed to know, and help me secure the flat swiftly, he also helped me enormously when it came to moving in so seamlessly on the tight timeframe I had. This is where Chris stepped in as well and ensured the whole processes was carried out with ease and clarity for all involved. So grateful!!! And love my place so much!
