They dont even answer their calls
If anyone is considering signing up here please for your own sake and health don't, I've never in my life experience such incompetence and lack of professionalism, staff have victim complex and take no responsibility for thier negligence expect the loss of perceptions on the daily along with them just letting the phone ring all the time without notice which I have witnessed multiple times. This surgery seriously needs investaged and shut down.
Genuinely useless. Doctors don't even pretend to care and receptionists sound bored with you over the phone. There isn't a single reason why i'd recommend anyone to use this surgery.
I have given this rating because at the end of the day they care for us in difficult circumstances. If you are pleasant and friendly the reception staff will get to know you. They are very busy. The doctors and nurses have helped me with multiple ailments over the years. Yes of course it could be better but the whole NHS is constrained. We have to work with them and push politicians to resolve the whole situation.
