Very much recommended. As a community nurse, I phone a number of practices and this is by far the best. The staff are responsive and helpful. The practice has the usual call time that ends at 9.30am like most practices. I have never had an issue with getting an emergency call in between times, if this is an actual emergency. Prescriptions are generally done sooner than the 72 hours, however they are clear it could take up to this time. Been with this doctors for years receptions always lovely and doctors have always listened to me and treated me when need it
Useless. Don't bother trying to get into the time slot. Even if you finally get to number one in the queue after being on the hold for 30 minutes to and hour, they will hang up. Like to hang up aswell it seems if you ring afterwards to speak about a prescription. Which they then tell you to order online. The online service has not worked for me once.
