I have received nothing but first class care and consideration from Ashley Medical Centre. The medical staff are professional and understanding, the clerical staff efficient and considerate. I only wish that some of those who use the practice showed the staff the same patience and kindness.
Every experience I've had has been decent enough people need to learn abit of patience the Drs and nurses are under huge pressure and people seem to forget this
Now Dr Craig has retired I would strongly recommend avoiding. Her replacement is replacement is incredibly rude and told me that since she wasn't a specialist I would just have to live with it and she disagreed with Dr Craig's management. From the way she said it, it wasn't the first time so clearly everyone else is unhappy too. Avoid like the plague.
